Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions governing the use of Koral Klauset and the purchase of our luxury fashion pieces. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ordering & Bespoke Commissions

• All ready-to-wear orders are subject to availability.
• For bespoke and couture pieces, a consultation is required, and a non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your commission.
• We reserve the right to make minor artisanal adjustments to designs for structural or aesthetic integrity. Significant changes will be discussed and approved by you.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in BDT or can be viewed in your local currency. Final transactions may be processed in BDT or USD.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes and duties. The client is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes.
• Payment for ready-to-wear items is due in full at the time of order. Bespoke payment schedules will be outlined in your personal contract.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship globally using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or other delays beyond our control.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and secure delivery address. We are not liable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

4. Garment Care

• Care instructions are provided with each garment. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or handling after delivery.

5. Sizing & Alterations

• Please consult our sizing guide before ordering. For bespoke items, measurements will be taken during your consultation.
• Minor alterations for ready-to-wear pieces are the client's responsibility.

6. Cancellations & Amendments

• Ready-to-wear orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.
• Bespoke commissions cannot be canceled once production has begun. Amendments may be possible at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted on ready-to-wear items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
• Bespoke, custom, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content are the exclusive property of Koral Klauset and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
